Whether it's a corporate event from a product launch to staff event; a festival, concert or tour; private party; exhibition; awards ceremony or any other event, it has to be safe, cost effective, profitable, unique, professional, inventive and fun; TAO has assembled a team of professionals to undertake all or part of any event and achieve all the client's needs.

TAO will take on any or all parts of the event but unlike other event production companies the one off shop of TAO is unique in supplying personnel with specialist skills for the role to be undertaken; safety crews are qualified (NEBOSH, IOSH or University Diploma); traffic planners are ex-police or highways traffic planners; fire safety is undertaken by current fire fighters who are up to date with legislation and best practice; medical facilities are managed by qualified doctors or paramedics with event medical experience; site co-ordination is undertaken by site managers who understand crowd dynamics, catering requirements and other site factors; production managers are qualified and have years of experience and are supported by some of the best production suppliers in the world and event managers are award winners; TAO Productions only employs highly qualified and experienced crews to promote it's clients requirements of safe, successful and commercially viable events.

TAO also have a fantastic relationship with specialist sub-contractors from staging companies to sound suppliers; waste management contractors to caterers and all other suppliers that a client may need for an event. The buying power of TAO with our preferred suppliers allows us to pass on savings to the client that in a lot of cases makes TAO's fee's cost neutral. TAO's team is also happy to manage incumbent suppliers to make your event a complete success.

It is a great credit to TAO and it's personnel that they have won awards from all of the major trade associations and trade press. In 2016, TAO increases its ability to provide a national and international services to the event industry by opening a new set of offices in South Wales.
